Delivery Times

All orders are followed by an order confirmation which states that you should receive your order within 10 working days. Orders are shipped within 3 days of receiving an order. Please allow between 3-5 working days after this time for delivery. For overseas orders, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled providing they are received prior to dispatch. If you would like to cancel your order please e mail us at info@muzicbug.com
An order cancellation fee of $5 will apply with the difference being refunded.

Return Policy

Goods ordered via the web site can be returned provided they are in original condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase. Claims for refund will only be accepted within two months of purchase. Postage, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
