We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Should there be any problems please follow the instructions outlined below.
DAMAGE OR FAULT
We make every effort to ensure the goods you receive from us will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, and match the description and sample of those goods on our website. If one of our products has arrived with damage, has a fault, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Where goods do not meet the consumer guarantees, and there is a major failure in relation to the goods, you are entitled to the following remedies: a refund for the goods purchased, or a replacement product which is either identical or of similar value if available; or compensation for the drop in value of the goods. If there is a minor failure in relation to the goods, we may elect to: provide a refund including shipping costs, replace the goods or repair the goods. We may request to see your proof of purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND
Returns for refund due to a change of mind can be requested via our Contact Us page. We do not provide returns or refunds in relation to electronic goods (e.g. ebooks, audiobooks, music) when you have changed your mind. As we are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for a change of mind request, please do not return items until we have agreed to your request. If we do agree to your change of mind return request, we will exchange or refund provided you return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase, unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, and with proof of purchase. Shipping and delivery costs will not be refunded for change of mind requests.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:
– Perishable goods
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
How long will this process take?
We will make every effort to process claims within 3-5 business days of receipt at our address. If we provide you with a refund, please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are unable to accept responsibility in the instance of loss or damage during shipping.
